For a useful bug report

  • Include the exact page address.
  • Name the device, operating system and browser.
  • List the steps that produced the problem.
  • Describe the expected and actual result.
  • Attach a screenshot only when it does not expose private information.

Do not send sensitive data

Do not email passwords, card numbers, bank-login details, government identifiers, private financial statements or identity documents. Calculator examples can be replaced with invented values.

Scope

Contact may be used for technical reports, content corrections, accessibility feedback and privacy questions. It is not a channel for personalised financial, legal, medical, tax or printing-hardware advice.

Useful bug report

For a reproducible tool problem, include the tool URL, device, browser and version if known, the steps you took, what you expected, and what happened instead. If the issue is visual, a screenshot can help. Do not attach confidential source files unless they are safe to share.

Corrections and policy questions

If a guide contains a factual error, identify the page and the sentence that needs review. For privacy or advertising questions, mention the specific WEBBE-B page involved so the implementation and disclosure can be checked together.
