Who writes WEBBE-B, how it is produced, and why it is published.

Who is responsible

WEBBE-B is an independent project created and maintained by Jisung Kim. The site does not present anonymous editorial teams, invented experts or synthetic author biographies. When a page is first-party documentation, the byline identifies Jisung Kim and links back to the About page.

What counts as first-party material

A Field Note is based on a WEBBE-B tool, its published behavior, a reproducible example, or a design constraint encountered while building and testing the product. The purpose is to explain what the interface alone cannot: what an output means, where a heuristic can fail, or which verification step belongs after the calculation.

How AI assistance is used

AI systems may assist with implementation drafts, debugging ideas, test-case generation, wording alternatives and editorial drafts. They are not treated as an authority. Claims are checked against the actual product behavior or the relevant source before publication, and generated text is edited rather than published merely because it is fluent.

How higher-stakes topics are handled

WEBBE-B includes some planning utilities, including finance scenarios and citation extraction. Those tools intentionally expose limits. A general financial calculator is not a lender quote, investment recommendation or tax opinion. A citation extractor is not legal research or a good-law service. When a decision depends on law, finance, safety, medical judgment or another high-stakes domain, the page directs the user to the authoritative source or qualified professional rather than presenting a browser result as final advice.

Corrections

Bug reports and factual corrections can be sent through the Contact page. A reproducible report should include the page URL, browser or device when relevant, input values, the observed result and the expected result. If a published explanation is wrong, the preferred response is to correct it and update the modification date rather than preserve an error for appearance.

Originality

The central guides and Field Notes are written for WEBBE-B and are not syndicated article packs or scraped summaries. Tool pages may use third-party libraries when appropriate, but the public product must provide its own implementation value, documentation or curation rather than being a thin frame around another website.

Advertising separation

Advertising may support operating costs, but it does not determine tool output or editorial conclusions. Navigation, policy, error and other low-content utility pages can remain ad-free. Articles that load advertising are still written to answer the user’s task and are not generated simply to create additional ad inventory.

Review cadence

Notes and guides are revisited when the underlying tool changes, a browser behavior invalidates a claim, or a material correction is reported. The Changelog records major hub releases. Individual product sites may maintain their own version text and methodology.
